Hi,
We have a new P4 box with 512ram. I turned off all of the on MB resources such
as sound, and unused serial ports, yet I can not boot with GRUB. Lilo works
fine, but I want to set multiple configs with GRUB.
I get a... kernal can not fit into memory error.
Is there a work-around for this?
Or is this a hardware problem with all of the new motherboards which have the
newer North and SouthBridge set ups?
If that is the case, what is the newest hardware that GRUB will support?
Thanks for any help which you may be able to offer... I really do not want to
go back to LILO.
