I'm going to reveal that a good BTS can make our lives easier. ;)

GNATS isn't so bad (rather, it is unnecessarily complicated), but I
believe I can implement a better BTS. In fact, I'm currently working
on a new BTS to combine the usefulness of WWW with the easiness of
e-mail. That's why I have no time for GRUB itself.
I thank everyone who commented on this issue. All the opinions
enlightened me on what we really require. It will take a little more
time to finish my BTS, but I'm planning to replace the current BTS
with mine, once it starts working well. I estimate that some more
weeks will be required. I'd like to continue using the current one,
until that.
