new debian update-grub

Hi all, I've rewritten the debian update-grub in perl and need some
testers.

So I need some perl gurus to tell me how bad my code is. You probably
want to be running debian, but I can't see why it wont work on any perl
supported system. It is intended to go into the debian package, and use
debconf for configuration.

After I've had some feedback I'll package it up and let you all grab
that for a try.

Its available from the following url in a self containted test
environment.

If you want to try it for real, you can modify the paths it uses.
