If you don't know much about the boot protocol of Linux, you don't have 
to care about them. The terms are described in the spec of the boot 
protocol, but ordinary users do not need to know them.

Actually, arguments are not used in initrd at the moment. You just need 
to specify the filename to load an initrd.
