It can't be done, at least not easily.
What you can do is use the specific OS network install abilities.
I do not know about Slackware and SLES, but both RH/Fedora and
Debian do have such abilities, so I expect this will be possible.
For Windows you can either implement MS's RIS, which works well
but isn't currently possible to boot from grub (but might in the
future), or try something like unattended (2nd google result).
