GRUB Legacy: consider update of sis900 driver

Some time ago, I've had to boot several hosts over the network.
However, GRUB has failed to initialize NIC properly, showing the
text close to the one already reported:

http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-grub/2002-08/msg00094.html

These hosts' NICs are identified by Linux as ``Realtek RTL8201
PHY'' (and work just fine). Knowing that the driver was taken
from Etherboot, I've attempted a merge, and succeeded, as it
seems to me, -- DHCP and TFTP are now both working on the hosts.
        The patch is attached.
