That is an interesting one which I didn't know. Thanks ! Now, you still need it running *not* on one of your drives; but on CF or so.
It is also high time, to remove grub from the installs and give it a place in an extended BIOS,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensible_Firmware_Interface
God beware ! Intel's approach to 'trusted' hardware. I would not touch it with a pair of pliers ! - But maybe FreeBIOS can support something like that ?
