                 Release: multiboot.texi 0.6.95 (cvs 1.21)
         Reproducibility: None
         Planned Release:

Older versions of the specification improperly specified the boot_device
field in the boot information structure. The fields of the boot_device
diagram were reversed in 0.6.94, but diagram is still ambiguous.

The boot_device diagram should have byte offset numbers for each field to
clearly indicate which byte (part3 vs. drive) comes first. Also, line
following the diagram that begins with "The first byte contains the BIOS
drive number ..." is inaccurate, it's actually the last byte.

I've attached a patch to the texinfo source that fixes these issues.
