Dear list, Whem GRUB shows its menu (menu.lst) it also shoes some text underneath. Like " Press enter to boot selected OS, e to edit the line etc......." How can I hide those lines
There's a hiddenmenu command that you should put after the default or timeout line that makes show only one line like: Press ESC to see your menu.
and how can I display some of my own text there ?
Use the source, Luke. That means that you have modify source code and build your own modified grub. adrian15
