If you go to another computer where Linux is not in (hd0,2) partition 
your floppy will fail.

If you build the floppy as I have told you you can always type:

configfile (hd0,2)/boot/grub/menu.lst

(and use autocompletion)

to be able to boot your menu.lst again.
