bug after update win7

Hello
First i install win7, next linux mint and linux kubuntu. I use all
system. One time after closing win7 i saw black display. I repair grub
from live cd. It repeat 4 time. Last time I was sure. When win7 was
download updates and start install it during closing system. During
that windows have to write something in mbr, i think so, After
restarting i see in the top of display "Grub loading .." and nothing
happen. After 10 seconds waiting computer is reboot, and the same all
time, as long as i don't off power.

grub version 1.97 beta - from the newest kubuntu
