Details:

Appleloader will not boot from CD, hard drive etc. in 64 bit efi mode on my
13" Macbook 7,1.  As best I can tell, the memory map has a different start
address than the most recent model supported by grub.  I extracted the correct
info in OSX and added a new devpath to appleloader.c, which works for me
without issue booting from CD and HD.

Apologies if this is not the right place to submit this, or it's already been
fixed somewhere.  Patch attached.
