Details:
When the top-level partition map is GPT, the chainload command
should pass an hybrid handover structure, as documented in
section A.4 of the ``hybrid MBR boot code annex'' [1]. Without
this support, the chainload command is useless for GPT since the
VBR boot code won't be able to locate its partition (even if it
supports GPT).
