Summary: GRUB ignores first keypress in GRUB boot menu
                 Project: GNU GRUB

                Severity: Major
                Priority: 5 - Normal
              Item Group: Software Error

                 Release: 2.02~beta1
         Reproducibility: Every Time
         Planned Release: None

The problem is easily described and happens on every boot: once the GRUB boot
menu (where you select the OS to boot) gets displayed, the first key press (no
matter what it is, Enter, arrows or other) is completely ignored. After that,
though, everything works fine. The timeout also works correctly.

Any idea what the problem could be? Or any tips on how to debug it? (I have no
idea how to debug GRUB. Does it have log files?)
