The links to LFS (Linux From Scratch) are outdated because structure of LFS
book has changed:

"Linux From Scratch GRUB2 Build Instructions" should link to
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter08/grub.html

"Linux From Scratch GRUB2 Configuration" should link to
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter10/grub.html
