[Bug-gsl] I'm having trouble compiling GSL on IA-64

Always fails this test no matter how I compile it.  (Itanium2 altix 350)

FAIL: gsl_cdf_fdist_Q(100.0, 200.0, 500.0) (0 observed vs 
6.53118978864773816e-316 expected)

Here's some options I've tried.   Any suggestions would be appreciated.
