Hi All,
gsl_sf_hyperg_1F1(-2, -0.23, -5) returns 183.641 instead of -183.641. The
correct result was verified with Wolfram Alpha (
http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=1F1%28-2%2C+-0.23%2C+-5%29) and mpmath
(http://code.google.com/p/mpmath/).
