Details:

After git commit 8336f0ab57be9207248927e554d41015f3d42715 "Update Mathieu
functions to use the Special Function API conventions" the documentation in
doc/specfunc-mathieu.texi, and corresponding pages like
https://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/manual/html_node/Radial-Mathieu-Functions.html
, no longer give true information. The names should be updated to include "_e"
and whatever else where needed.
