No.

I just changed the Nixpkgs-libre repo so that it would contain upstream
Nixpkgs as well, not only the Nixpkgs-libre branch. See the ‘readme’ at
<http://repo.or.cz/w/nixpkgs-libre.git>.
The rationale is:
1. It seemed useful to provide the upstream git-svn branches. It
allows other users to run ‘git svn rebase’, ‘tg update’, etc.
2. TopGit apparently wouldn’t work if the branches had a different
name (before I was pushing my local ‘t/nixpkgs-libre’ branch, which
is based on my local ‘master’, to ‘master’ there).
I don’t see Nixpkgs moving to Git in the foreseeable future, so the
situation will remain this way.
On a related note, perhaps we can start thinking about moving it to
Savannah.
