[bug-gsrc] binutils 2.21.1 is 2.21.1a now

[Höllmann]

binutils 2.21.1 is replaced by 2.21.1a on the gnu server. The tarfile
extracts to a binutils-2.21.1 directory. It works for me by adding the
correct fingerprints in sha256sums and modifying the Makefile:
