Yes, for now I set up a self-hosted Fossil repository:

https://repos.invergo.net/biosrc

So you need Fossil (fossil-scm.org) but otherwise the usage is similar
to bzr (fossil clone https://repos.invergo.net/biosrc; fossil update;
etc.)

Looks like I forgot to update the webpage though.

While we're on the topic of repositories, it might be time to convert
GSRC to git.  Bazaar is starting to be pretty slow, at least when you
first clone the repository.
