[Bug-guile-ncurses] toward next rev of guile-ncurses

Hi-

I'm going to start on putting together a new rev of 

Guile-Ncurses.  But because both Guile and Ncurses have
been changing their internal API, the next rev will
probably drop a lot of backward compatibility, due to
the following.

1. Guile has deprecated the SMOB-based foreign object management
system for yet another nearly-identical-but-incompatible
system.


2. OpenBSD finally has a Guile2 in its ports repo.

3. ncurses 6.0+ will have a different ABI.

So, the next rev will require

- ncurses 6.0+
- guile 2.0.11+

If anyone has any comments about this, now is the time.
