[Bug-guile-ncurses] Remove aclocal.m4 and config.h.in ?

I suggest removing aclocal.m4 and config.h.in from the git repository, and 
replacing it with
a autogen.sh script (which can be as simple as autoreconf -i)

Otherwise it is simply annoying for people wishing to build from git, who 
happen to have a different
version of automake/autoconf than the person who commited them.  He has to 
remove them locally.

Just a suggestion ...
