scheme-report-environment and null-environment are new features in 1.6
(see NEWS) for R5RS compatibility. However they are only available if
the (ice-9 r5rs) module is used. Shouldn't they be available by
default?
On the other hand, interaction-environment, which is only optional
in R5RS, is available by default.
