Let us wait until the end of the week, since I still have a few things to
work on.

After commenting out some packages (see the latest git logs), all remaining
ones compile except for xf86-input-evdev, which requires udev. xorg-server,
as said before, does not pass its tests.

font-adobe100dpi, font-adobe75dpi, font-misc-misc, font-schumacher-misc,
xcursor-themes, xf86-input-joystick, xf86-input-synaptics and xf86-input-
vmmouse do not install, as they try to install files outside their own
package tree. For some of them, these are only header files. xf86-input-
joystick, for instance, tries to install joystick-properties.h in ...-xorg-
server-1.12.2/include/xorg/. I think it would be enough to have the file
copied into ...-input-joystick-1.6.1/include/xorg, right?

One could also work a bit on removing explicit inputs that are made
superfluous by propagation. For instance, xinput currently has the inputs
libxrandr and libxext. But libxext is propagated by libxrandr, so it could
be removed from the inputs.
