It's not a copy but a fake ".symlink".  Cross-manual references are a
general problem throughout gnu.org.  Perhaps we'll have a real solution
within a few months, I and others have been working toward it for a
while.  Meanwhile, improving things would mean lots of manual work that
would just have to be undone, so we'll just have to live with it.
