SOMAXCONN

Hi, I tried to compile cupsys in HURD, however, it uses SOMAXCONN to set a
variable. I'm not sure what to replace SOMAXCONN with (although I'm inclined
to give it an arbitrary value, this doesn't seem completely elegent).
