If the driver version currently distributed in the oskit has the bug,
please send the patch to oskit-users@cs.utah.edu.

If the driver version in the latest Linux 2.2.x or 2.4.x kernel versions,
then please report the problem to the appropriate place.  I don't really
know off hand what that is, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
