oskit-mach & oskit-20010214: network

Hi,

oskit-mach and oskit-20010214 are working fine with the patches from
Jeroen together except the network doesn't work. Here is what I found
out:

The function ds_net_write_inband will never be called in
ds_net.c. So the needed oskit_netio_push is also never called. That's
why the network doesn't work anymore.

As I have seen there were some changes on the oskit net interface.
E.g. oskit_linux_netdev_rxpoll is new. I don't know if this is
important.
The main problem to debug further is that I don't know where to set the
breakpoints to get better insights.
