I forgot to describe my configuration:

AMD K6 400
128 RAM
hd0 - prim. master, gnumach.gz and serverboot is here
hd2 - sec. master, hurd partition is here
(previously kernel was on hd2, but the problem doesn't changed)

I'm not sure what else could be interesting for you.
