Using fchdir to cd under a translator does not work, even if you open
it with O_NOTRANS.

I experimented a bit with setcwdir, but I did not get it to do anything
even remotely useful yet.  If somebody could point me to where it's
implemented, that would be very useful.  (I tried grepping libc and hurd
sources, but could not find any mention of setcwdir in any .c file - I'm
probably missing something obvious.)
