It effects any process.  We can't control the RAM resource of a task or user
right now.  This test is really harmful (and it was discussed on the list,
but with the wrong conclusion it seems :)  It should be switched off on our
platform or so.

Well, that is now a broader problem :)  It's nothing specific to that
machine :)

It shouldn't be hard to do at all, but I have other things to do, too, so if
there are people motivated to do it differently or write the turtle
module, I certainly wouldn't mind.

Sure, it is just that I discussed the need for this with him just yesterday,
so it crossed my mind :)
