Hi!
TWiki has three levels of preferences variables:
Site-level, web-level and user-level.
TWiki has a copyright notice at the bottom of every
screen. This is defined by the WEBCOPYRIGHT variable
in the site-level TWiki.TWikiPreferences. You can
redefine this in the WebPreferences of the Hurd web,
http://www.vmlinux.org/twiki/bin/view/Hurd/WebPreferences
