Ok, here is a patch, which worked for me.

* fs_notify.defs (dir_changed, file_changed): Changed
mach_port_t to fs_notify_t.
* hurd_types.defs (fs_notify_t): New type.
* hurd_types.h (fs_notify_t): Likewise.
