Thanks for the information. Actually, I had already had a look at it,
printed and read some papers, and it looks very interesting, at least as
a base to work with. As I'm now trying to work on the implementation of
user space device drivers for the Hurd on L4 (Mach does allow user space
device drivers, via evc_wait, device_map, etc., but the interface is
really not clean nor well-defined), I'll of course have a serious like
at it, and maybe try to use or support it.
I'm now going away for a week or so to hospital (nothing serious, I
guess), and I hope that will leave me some time to think and read about
that and other things. Hope I'll end up with a correct, clean interface
and design by the end of the summer.
