fatfs broken (FAT32), reminder

Hi,

FAT32 support in fatfs is broken, I've send a bugfix to this list a while ago
but it was ignored/forgotten/whatever :). Can someone please have a look at the
first patch? The first patch fixes this problem, the second patch shouldn't be
commited but is for people who want to use fatfs (well, ofcourse you can commit
this, no problem for me :)). If someone has questions about these patches or
problems with this patch, please reply and give me hints how to improve the 
patch.
