Hi Ognyan,
In Debian BTS we use the "fixed" tag to indicate a bug has been fixed in
NMU or other weird situations I can't recall. When a bug is fixed in
upstream CVS there's no tag to indicate it, someone should just update
the hurd package and close it. (Jeff, were you going at it?)
