Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Martins Loko, a personal aide to Mr. Charles
Taylor, former president of Liberia, who is presently
on exile in Calabar-Nigeria. Due to the immense
pressure from world leading countries for Mr. Taylor
to leave the country inorder to abate the many years
of war that has ravaged our country, Liberia, he was
forced to take refuge in Nigeria.

His assets and accounts has been frozen and closely
monitored, but before we fled to Calabar, we were able
to secure and deposit a huge sum of funds to the tune
of $45M USD, and this has been deposited in the vault
account of Citi Bank local branch here in Nigeria.

As a result of the situation, I will need the
assistance of a foreign partner abroad to assist me in
transferring the funds out as the sole end beneficiary
of the funds, and assist us with proper investments as
will be discussed and agreed upon.

I want to inform you that I have put all proper indices 
in place to successfully transfer the funds out.

If you are disposed to assist us in transferring out
these funds, inform me by e-mail so I can instruct 
you on how to proceed and contact the bank manager.

I wait for your immediate response to indicate your
interest to assist us.
