I did not add -lpthread yet to try if it is better.

I am not a gdb master, so please be patient.
I ran python under gdb and got this message :
gdb: Symbol `emacs_ctlx_keymap' has different size in shared object, consider 
re-linking
The program seemed to work perfectly with common commands and exited normaly.
