There exists a gnumach-1-branch for such maintenance. Noone ever said 1.3
had to be the last release on it, that was just the last time anyone wanted
to bother. If someone would like to post a complete, tested patch that
includes proper ChangeLog entries and is verified to produce a working
result, I would be happy to commit it.
