AIC7xxx update for GNU Mach 1.x

Subject: AIC7xxx update for GNU Mach 1.x

I updated the aic7xxx drivers in GNU Mach 1.x a long time ago so that
I could use it with my Adaptec AHA-29160 U160 card.  This driver
update was take from Linux 2.0.39.  Anyway, it would be nice to see it
applied.

The patch has only been tested on AHA-29160, but I doubt that it
should cause any troubles for any other card.
