Please excuse my decision to get straight to you on the matter I here present

My name is Mr Dave  Malo, A  Ghananian and director in charge of contracts
at the executive office of the Economic Community of West African States
( ECOWAS ). I am directly in charge of supply contracts connected to the

as I am about to proceed on retirement. It is my intention to invest whatever
gets to me in your country under your guidance and trust.

We have decided that you will keep 20% of the fund for your participation.
75% will be for our party and 5% will be used to defray expenses that may
be incured in the process of this transaction. Let me assure you right away
that we shall take steps to protect our various interests by going into
MOU which will give you authority to guide us in investing our own part
in your country.
