Who should I contact if my mails are being marked as "X-spam: Yes"?

No idea, maybe all subscribed users could be marked as "X-spam: no" by
default, and then all non-subscribed users would be filtered through
the spamfilter and marked based on that. In either case, you don't
delete mail and people who don't filter spam can reply to your
message. The point is that any solution that deletes mail by default
is broken.

But this is getting off-topic, if anyone one is interested in doing
this then they should talk to the GNU mailinglist admins and ask
Roland et al if this can be done for {bug,help}-hurd.
