No, not at all.  You would specify your context in every RPC.  It's up
to the translator to decide what to do with it.  There is no
"registration". 

You could even have a "level of importance" tag and a way for you to
specify (in your context) what kinds of things you want handled
automatically and what prompted; then the server could DTRT every
time.
