As its name suggests, user-module-linux is a linux hack for making it
run in user-level.  It is not a generic tool for running OSes in user
mode.

That said, porting Mach to Xen for getting the same type of benefit is
possible, I've started to do it, and just couldn't take the time lately
for finishing something working.  But I plan to do this on relatively
short term (only the disk/network drivers should be needed now, all
memory stuff should be somewhat ready).
