[RFC] MMX registers save/restore support

Hi,

Here is a patch for adding support of MMX registers.  It is not
complete: the legacy fpu_set_state() and fpu_get_state() are far from
trivial to implement, maybe we can steal code from Linux for them. Also,
fpu_set_xstate and fpu_get_xstate should probably be defined. That said,
this patch is good enough for having mmx working on the Hurd.
