See the link to the Hurd wiki I just added to the task. (I also added
you to the cc list, if that's okay?). But be aware that the Wagi-patch
is for Oskit-Mach. Perhaps it can be ported to GNU Mach, though -- I
don't know, I didn't look at it so far. You are encouraged to add any
ressources you find to that wiki page.
So it seems that there are two random translators? The Manuel one
(Richard Braun reported) and the Marcus one (see the wiki page,
<http://hurd.gnufans.org/bin/view/Hurd/RandomDevice>).
