It is running, at least svn+ssh:// works fine for me.  I have also just
uploaded subversion packages to ftp.debian.org, they should be available
to Debian GNU/Hurd users tomorrow.

The known issue is that the test suite fails due to unimplementedp POSIX
record locking, which is required by the libdb backend.  This is not an
issue for practical usage of subversion, though.
