... and I also constitute you the coordination person for further pfinet
development.  Congratulations and have fun :-)!  Some people already
announced that they'd be interested in working on pfinet: Marco Gerards
and Richard Braun come to my mind immediatelly.  As you're the one to now
actually have worked on the pfinet code, you're the coordination person
for now.  This -- of course -- does not mean that nobody else would be
allowed to work on it anymore.

I thought about this once more.  Actually, I don't see any need for a
build-time option.  Have pfinet include the IPv6 code by default, but
only activate the IPv6 engine if IPv6 services are actually needed, i.e.,
if they are requested by the pfinet translator setting.  The increase in
the pfinet translator's executable size does not matter in my opinion.
