Using setxkbmap us is really not a satisfying solution.  There should be
a way to get qemu working nicely with a finnish keyboard.

Also, I don't see the point of your documentation.  If some bits are
missing from the official K16 documentation, then that needs to be
fixed.  If some special things have to be done for a finnish keyboard
(until qemu gets fixed), then that needs to be added in the official K16
documentation.  If you can't find the official K16 documentation, then
that needs to be fixed.

Duplicating documentation is hardly _ever_ a good thing, because then we
see a lot of beginners having problems just because they are reading a
non-official-non-up-to-date-only-fits-one-purpose tutorial.
